1. What currency is used on this website?

3. What are the shipping charges and how soon will I receive my purchase?

We charge a flat US$10 per item for shipping worldwide. We ship by Singapore Post. Delivery typically takes between 14 days to 21 days, depending on location.

4. Do you have a returns policy?

It is important to us that you are satisfied with our products. If you have any problems with your strap(s), please email us within 3 days of receipt of such goods. We will replace your strap or refund your purchase should you not be satisfied with our products. However , return or exchange is accepted only for products returned in a brand new and unused condition with all the protective materials in place. Please do be aware that for our genuine leather products, they are usually hand-made and the leather may have bite marks, slight scars and other small imperfections, all of which are part of the beauty of handmade leather products.
